Athlete Must Agree to following Athlete's Release Terms:
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Town of Riverhead, Riverhead Yacht Club and the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation, Inc., all race sponsors and their representatives, successors and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event.

I hereby verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the competition of this event and my condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor, and further, I understand the risks of running this event.

I grant permission to the Riverhead Foundation to use photos that may be taken of me at the event for promoting future events. If signed by parent or legal guardian, such person agrees to release and hold the above named organizations and persons harmless of any claims and/or rights which may be asserted of the entrant.
